This policy outlines our approach to refunds and what you can expect if our services do not meet your expectations.

 

Monthly Subscriptions

If you’re not satisfied during your first month of using our services, please reach out to us. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, suggest a workaround, or provide a timeline for a solution. If you’re still unsatisfied after this process, we’ll issue a full refund for that month and switch your account to our free plan.

 

Annual Subscriptions

We do not require long-term contracts to use our services. However, if you opt for an annual subscription to take advantage of discounted pricing, you still remain protected. If you’re not satisfied within the first 45 days of your annual subscription, contact us. We’ll try to resolve your issue promptly. If we’re unable to meet your needs, we’ll issue a full refund and downgrade your account to the free plan.

 

Ongoing Satisfaction Guarantee

Our commitment to your satisfaction goes beyond the first month or 45 days. If at any point during your subscription we remove or significantly alter a feature that was available at the time you signed up, and we’re unable to fix it to your satisfaction within a reasonable time after you’ve reported it, we’ll offer you a pro-rated refund for the remaining term of your subscription.

 

Auto-Renewal Policy

To ensure uninterrupted service, both monthly and annual plans are set to auto-renew. Before each renewal, we’ll notify you of the upcoming charge and the amount. After each renewal, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your invoice and details of your next billing cycle.

 

Grace Period for Cancellations

We understand that cancellations can sometimes be missed. That’s why, even if your subscription renews and you decide to cancel within five business days of the renewal date, we will still process your cancellation and provide a full refund for that billing period.
