Certified Books Experts LLC

This agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (either as an individual or as an authorized representative of an entity, hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and Certified Books Experts LLC and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Certified Books Experts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This document governs your access to and use of our business productivity tools, online services, and related software (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

4. Beta Services

7. Organizational Use and Administration

Organizations may assign administrators who manage users and settings. You are responsible for:

• Choosing secure passwords,

• Appointing responsible admins, and

• Ensuring account use complies with this Agreement.

If admin access is lost, we may restore it based on proof of authority.

8. Privacy & Security

All personal data provided to us is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials. Please report unauthorized access immediately. We are not liable for loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

9. Electronic Communication

When you communicate with us electronically (email, forms, in-app messages), you agree to receive communication from us in the same form. These communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Personalization and Recommendations

We may use your interaction data to provide personalized content and suggestions. While some emails like newsletters can be opted out of, service-related emails are considered essential and cannot be disabled.

11. Fees and Renewals

Our services are offered on subscription plans. Payment must be made via approved methods (e.g., Credit Card). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days prior to renewal. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information.

Prices may change, but increases will not take effect until your next billing cycle. You will not be charged without explicit consent for any paid plan.

Invoices will be sent electronically.

12. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

Accounts found engaging in such activities may be suspended or terminated.

You retain ownership of all content you create or store. Certified Books Experts does not claim ownership, but we may process your content to provide the Services. You grant us limited rights to access, copy, and display your content solely for delivering Services.

14. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you publish or share. Public content may be indexed by search engines. If your content infringes on the rights of others, we reserve the right to remove it and cooperate with legal investigations.

15. Software and Third-Party Services

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, duplicate, or sublicense our software,

• Use our Services for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

You may use third-party services through our platform, and such use is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.

16. Trademarks

All Certified Books Experts trademarks, logos, and brand materials may not be used without prior written consent.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or security.

18. Limitation of Liability

Certified Books Experts is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages,

• Loss of data or profits,

• System failure or business interruptions.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the USA.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Required by law,

• You violate these Terms,

• There is extended inactivity.

You may also cancel your account at any time. If we terminate your account due to our breach, you will receive a prorated refund.

21. Third-Party Content and Sellers

Our website may include third-party listings. Certified Books Experts is not responsible for the products or services sold by others. Any disputes related to third-party products must be resolved directly with the seller.

22. Role of Certified Books Experts

Certified Books Experts acts as a platform provider, not as a seller or buyer, for third-party services listed on our site. We do not assume responsibility for transactions between third-party sellers and buyers.
